The major components of STATUMEN Methodology is based on three axes: People, Process, and Tools:

Taking advantage of many years of combined staff knowledge, training, expertise and experience in conjunction with our standard operating procedures and latest technological tools. Statumen is capable to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.


People (Human Resources):
The first investment of STATUMEN is the experienced project management professionals comes to us with backgrounds in real estate, architecture, engineering, space planning, construction, move management and facilities management. Our plan is to develop the Projects and Engineering Department and the related Technical and commercial Divisions. STATUMEN organization chart is based on a structured and hierarchical profile allowing the Technical division and Division heads to develop their individual staff under management supervision of the Engineering and projects chief. At this stage, STATUMEN is creating the following Divisions and assigning the Heads accordingly (Architectural, Civil-Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Procurement, Cost estimate and Project Control divisions). The Construction department is developed based on contracting/sub-contracting and non permanent contracts by considering the actual work load and ongoing projects.


In addition STATUMEN is constantly investing in the development of the staff through monthly internal staff training as well as external continuing education, certifications and industry organization participation.


Process (System):
STATUMEN is currently implementing (ongoing) a modern and efficient Enterprise Management System (EMS) which consists of a defined and comprehensive set of procedures and templates that enable each and every staff member, partner, contractor and client to be approached in a consistent, productive and efficient manner. This Process defines roles and responsibilities, enables effective communications, manages client expectations and insures quality implementations, which in turn, leads to satisfied clients and employees.


STATUMEN engaged an ambitious plan to upgrade our Tools based on the most efficient Engineering and project Management and planning software (Primavera, AutoCAD, MS-Projects, STAAD Pro…etc), hardware, network, templates, Internet based communication/advertising, and standard forms… This allows to maintain continuity and to establish a method of quality control. As example, the Standard Form Tools are comprised of over 60 templates that have been developed to ensure seamless support to the Process and provide a uniform information gathering and dispersing process and implemented in the recent developed Company network structure. These tools include templates for project budgets and schedules, proposals (RFPs) and bid analysis, asset inventory, construction documents, move procedures, etc. and can be customized for each of our client’s individual needs. STATUMEN use of technology and automation allows us to be more efficient, reduce costs and provide more consistent service to our clients. We spend less time “reinventing the wheel” and more time providing value added service to our clients.

Our professional services are mainly related to the General construction sector and Real Estate development for private sectors and located in Lebanon. As stated and referenced above, these sectors are currently in exponentially growing phase especially in Beirut and touristic regions in Lebanon.


STATUMEN is proposing the Engineering and Project Management services for big and middle sized projects. The Strategy of STATUMEN is to start with the current and actual engaged projects belonging to the owners (as Real Estate Developers) and to proceed with other clients. This is considered as one of the major factor to succeed our business. The other success factor is related to the core competence and experienced Senior Management and Engineering staff assigned to STATUMEN which allow to handle and execute major projects in an efficient and professional manner.
