While similar to the owner’s representative in some capacities, as project managers, STATUMEN go one step further than monitoring, handling the actual management of the project in the owner’s stead, assembling their team, and managing them efficiently throughout the building process, saving them much-needed time to concentrate fully on the business, and leaving the project in our experienced care.

Here, we at STATUMEN do not merely act as part of the owner’s team, but as their advisors and liaison, guiding them throughout all of the steps of design and construction, from concept to completion, and representing their interests in dealings with the design team, contractors, and vendors. Some of the services we offer in this scope are:

• Project Coordination: STATUMEN sets the requirements for time and money for the project and ensures that everything runs smoothly

• Cost Control: STATUMEN’s meticulous pursuit of the project ensures that it stays within budget, keeping in check the costs of the teams and vendors while satisfying the owner’s pursuit for the best in quality for the owner.

• Planning and Scheduling: As an extension of the owner’s staff, STATUMEN can also handle the planning and scheduling of the project, defining its scope, the appropriate method of completion, and the duration of each task.

• Procurement: STATUMEN also handles procurement management on behalf of the owner, collaborating with outside suppliers to get the appropriate goods for the project.

• We also offer our clients the choice of selecting the exhaustive package which includes all of our services, or the freedom to choose whatever services they require.
