1- Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) scope based on Lump Sum Turn Key (LSTK) contract

An EPC-LSTK Contract stands for Engineering, Procurement and Construction based on Lump Sum Turn Key. Because STATUMEN puts customer care and satisfaction above all else, it has chosen to adopt this type of service because this makes it much easier for the customer to conduct business, as an EPC contractor is put in charge of everything from the design in the beginning to the handover of the project to the owner in the end.

Moreover LSTK means that a fixed price is agreed upon (lump sum) for the project, and the contractor delivers a functioning project once work is finished (turn key).

2- Engineering and Consultancy Services
