It often comes to be that owners of a certain real estate will attempt to manage all of the steps involved in the project like managing the design team and contractors, with little experience in both worlds. This is where STATUMEN often plays the important role of the owner’s representative.

Here, we act as an extension of the owner’s staff, taking the owner’s best interests into heart when dealing with the different teams involved in the project. As the owner’s representative, STATUMEN’s main task is to monitor the design process to guarantee that the project scope is achieved, while also monitoring the overall project budget, the bidding process with the contractors, construction activities, and many other facets of the project. This allows the owner to focus on the business, while also allowing them to call the shots in the project.
